Action Aid is one of the UK’s largest international development charities, helping poor people in over thirty five countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean. Child sponsorship is key to Action Aid's work, sponsor a child through them and you will help a whole community.

1 in 10 children in the developing world will die before their 5th birthday, the diseases they suffer from differ, but the cause is almost always the same, poverty. Lack of clean drinking water, no healthcare and very little education mean that 1000's of children are condemned to a life of hardship. ActionAid work with communities so that they can overcome the hard problems they face.

For olny 50p a day you can help transform a child’s life, by sponsoring a child today you will be able to help a community get access to their basic rights such as safe, clean water, decent food, and an education which can give them hope for a better future, by becoming a child sponsor you will receive drawings and messages from the child you sponsor, as well as seeing how your sponsorship money is helping through updates from the community.
