Water Aid

Water Aid is an international non government organisation dedicated to the provision of safe domestic water, sanitation & hygiene education. Water Aid work in seventeen countries in Africa, Asia & the Pacific region providing water, sanitation & hygiene education to some of the world's poorest people. Water Aid and their partners work with individuals & families in their communities and use a mixture of low cost technologies to deliver lasting water, sanitation & hygiene solutions. The path out of poverty begins with clean water and sanitation and t date Water Aid have helped over 9.5 million people gain access to safe & clean water.

Water Aid urgently need to help more people & have plans in place to help an extra 1 million gain access to water and 1 million people gain access to sanitation every year by 2010. To help them reach this target they need supporters who can make a regular donations to Water Aid by direct debit, donating by direct debit saves admin costs and because Water Aid know how much money is coming in, lets them plan their work more effectively.
